Missing Production Speed Tokens

I’ve purchased numerous gold and silver production speed tokens using seasonal money and they aren’t there when I go to use them. Yesterday I got a reward when a new season started which included gold production tokens and they aren’t in my cache.  Anyone else having this problem?

    Did you buy factory speed ups or shop speed ups?

    check the factory when you go to produce
