Missing Sim Cash

I started this morning with around 1600 Sim Cash but for some reason it only shows me now as having 384.  I haven't purchased anything other than the premium mayor pass with my credit card, or the various tasks that cost gold tickets.  I have not had anything pop up asking if I wanted to spend any of it either. Can someone please look into this and find out what happened?

    I just followed the guide and got to EA support. They wanted me to send an in-game ticket and sent me the EXACT same link. I did that and created a case. They then sent me the same instructions you did and told me to create an in-game ticket.  I can't create one in the game and their instructions send me to the EA Help website. I went thru that with two more people, never getting past the "create and in-game ticket" comment that they can't explain how to get. EA support is a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!

    Do you get an error message when navigating to the Customer Service button?

    When you select the option to submit a request from within the game Settings > Help > Frequently Asked Questions > Customer Service, the account information is automatically attached to the ticket, allowing our teams to examine the game account more closely.

    Please try again to submit a support request using the in-game options so that our team can review your account and help you resolve this situation.
