Modular buildings and loans in SimCity build it

So it would be nice if you could upgrade the city hall to get stuff like the hospital or the sewage treatment plant. And for loans you just take it of the 24 hour tax money. And the loans would be un...

Earning simoleons and simoleon management, which requires sometimes tough decision making, is an important part of the game. Keep in mind that the game is very much a marathon and not a race. Pace is everything, imo.
