Battery destroying

The app in the background continues to consume battery. I charged the smartphone overnight and closed all applications. But in the morning my phone was discharged because the Simcity app continued to consume energy all night. This was visible in the settings. Today I closed the app and in every possible way prevented it from consuming battery, but according to the settings it continued to increase consumption (up to 40%) and use the CPU even in this case. Until I rebooted the smartphone.
