OK, EA -- it looks like these issues have been going on since the game was started. Please fix the issues before everyone quits.

Well I encountered the same problem.
Luckily for me it was just after I earned 48000 to buy the compulsory health stuff for my city (I needed 4 for 48 building blocks) but now I would like to upgrade a new region (like adding schools and transport) but there is no way to get the cash anymore.
I can buy yes, but I don't sell anything. I need to trade as the goodies to expand rarely come when hitting a blue bubble and if it comes it is the wrong one. When I want to get new land I get cameras and stuff when I want to increase storage I get dozer stuff.
Anoying.
And buying back from store it sucks that you need to spend those dollars. I would suggest to buy your item back for 20% of what you placed it for OR just loose the object and only get 20% of its value.
Anyway. Hope they fix it soon.

I think loading the whole city of another person just to buy an item, is a waste of resources and time.
There could have been a button if we want to see another city we buy something from. Not very clever algorithms for this type of game. You could only show the population of a city we buy from, if we find it interesting we would visit to see...
- Anonymous11 years agoI can't believe this issue is still here even though EA have had a LONG TIME to sort this out!!!
Well I give them another week and if it still not fixed then I'll be deleting the game for good!
COME ON EA, GET THIS SORTED BEFORE WE ALL LOSE FAITH IN YOUR ABILITIES!!!!!! - Anonymous11 years agoI'm up to 3 days now and after removing items with the last of my simcash I still cannot sell any items at any price.
I've spent good real money on this game as i enjoy it but this is garbage.....
How many people have bought simcash with real money to try and fix this and it still doesn't work?
No wonder EA is in no hurry to fix it.... - Anonymous11 years ago
This blows. For once I thought EA we're actually being decent with this game. I mean, I figured out I'd have to spend some cash to get parks toward the end, but that seemed fair as I'd happily pay up to £15 for this game considering all the fun I'm having. Now my trade depot has been full for 30+ hours, my inventory full, factorys shut etc and I'm at a stand still and have moved on to another game and lost the desire to return to this one. The hook it had on me has worn off and EA won't be getting my park money end game. I seriously think this is gonna backfire on them. :robotsad:
- Anonymous11 years agoI wouldn't have any high hopes, EA can't get anything right. They released Battlefield 4 in such poor unfinished quality it was called a pre alpha and they only managed to sort all the issues 12 months later. Their latest Sim City game on PC was also a massive flop of unfinished and buggy garbage. It really sucks

It felt like they were kinda close with this one though - until I stumbled upon this issue, only to discover it was the most posted complaint about this game across the internet and that it still hasn't been fixed. You think if you kept getting voted the worst company in America, and it was affecting your stock price, you'd at least try to address customer complaints a bit better. C'mon EA, it shouldn't be that hard to act on things....most other companies in the world (especially in this industry) do it!

I do not think they really care about our suggestions etc.
Probably they see us as a dumb batch, as we still struggle through what they have "created"
Anyways, I have a quick temporary solution to those who cannot have their items sold, it works for me.
1. Always sell something as advertised when listed. Do not advertise later.
2. And always leave some space (1 or 2) as a trade spot for any other day for insurance, as they might have some server issues at that time, and all your items might caught in the cache, and become invisible to buyers.
- Anonymous11 years agoHas anyone even heard that they intend to upgrade the market HQ? So many with the same complaints, strange they don't address this.
