Need for more regions for Simcity buildit

How did you reach lvl 100? I and a lot of others are only lvl 99 and I worked it out that it will take at least another 5-7 years to attain the experience required to get to lvl 100. 
My experience is  3,251,876/84,803,000 so I think it’s impossible for you be that high and I’ve been playing 11 years now.
