New billboards

I noticed that in every of my cities there is a second big billboard. In green valley it is on the island by the bridge, i dont like that. What is the meaning of these extra billboards EA ?

They moved the billboard in green valley. I wonder if it is because of my post

SimCity Buildit crashes constantly
