New billboards
I noticed that in every of my cities there is a second big billboard. In green valley it is on the island by the bridge, i dont like that. What is the meaning of these extra billboards EA ?

Well if that fact was mentioned in the original post I wouldn't have replied. I don't have a clue why they are where the op said they were and I'm not seeing them as described by anyone.

My cap city is fully expanded and I have 2 billboards also a bill board in all of my regions
These aren't related to land expansion. They're outside of the city area, and you can't get rid of them. 😠
If it is what I think it is, then you still have land to expand.
They stop after you get the land fully expanded.
