I am hoping someone can help me out here. I had a house fire two days ago, My samsung table was literally melted away. I know my game was "saved to the cloud" recently. I am an old duffer who does not understand even what a "cloud' means. Can someone explain to me, in layman;s terms, how I can go abou tfinding WHERE my old sim city game was stored and how I can put the saved game on my new samsumg tablet. THANK YOU

No worries, it's actually pretty simple and straightforward. If your city is linked to a Facebook or a G+ account and when you're playing online, your progress is automatically saved on the cloud.
To download your saved city, simply log into your account on your new device, complete the tutorial, and voilà! Your city will be back.

My Samsung actually saved it on the device and when I had to change devise I found by checking the settings on the new devise where I guess it was sitting in the cloud. Check the setting.
