New train task cannot be performed due to locked Limestone Cliffs

I have an impossible task to make. The question is how should I deliver local products from Limestone Cliffs and if it is still closed for me. Should I reach 10000000 people in 3 hours?

Wait till the time is gone, close the game complete and start it new. Go than directly zo the Train HQ and than you can see a red buttom to close this order. But do it immediately as when the green advertisement buttom will appear it is lying overthe red buttom.

    It’s a bag! Customer Service should fix it so I should not wait or break my head about the task. It is definitely impossible to perform. Last time I have no wish to play.
