I've probably viewed these adverts nearly 20 times there is no way to tell if you have received your reward, there's two x buttons in both top corners, I've clicked links and finished their questionnaires, I've even waited 5 minutes and when I click the the only X in the right top corner I get nothing, ripping off players!
I'm hearing grumbles from club members about this but so far it's not affecting me personally. One sent me a screenshot of what he sees and it looks very similar to a problem that we had about a year ago.
That was frustrating and no doubt this is too!
Yeah, Had one this afternoon. Still same result. Doubt EA would give us Speed Up Tokens (for the lost instant production rewards) or Zu Items, Sim Cash or regular Sim Money as comp.
From what I can gather, you'll get your rewards on devices with Android 8 and 14 but not 13 so far

It is a CRIME and it is simple Fraud by Tapjoy, search "tapjoy FTC 2021 Ruling" to find out more. There is a simple form at the FTC To fill in if you want to spend a little time complaining to somebody who has, and maybe will in the future do something about it. EA and Tapjoy just stonewall all complaints. Theoretically Tap joy can get a $43k fine for each fraudulent ad they run. Not sure if that is the Advert or the incidence of the fraudulent advert being played to an individual "customer". If you can take the time to write on here which is in effect a customer "talking shop" that actually achieves nothing, please take the time to fill in the form at FTC, Federal Trade Commission, a US Govt body that does do things. Tapjoy are on a 10 year FTC watch list because of their past fraudulent activity of running adverts but not giving the reward at the end.
Why can't they ditch that advert? That's about a month now that the one about MMR vaccines has ran and I still have club members not getting any rewards, including their daily simcash which is really unfair on them.
I don't know why some are affected yet others are not 🤔
