No 50 %
When you reach level 41 it is said you get +50% purple points. But when i got to 41, in megalopolis, then points went from 1320 to 1650, from 2210 to2763, from 11260 to 14075, from 6000 to 7500, ...

It seems the 50% doesnot based on the double points, only of the normal points. When you add the 50% off the normal points and double the normal points you will get this results.
In my case it is also so.
