no video ads

I have read it. When first started playing received no ads they only started 6 months ago. They have disappeared again, but it was reported that I ad was crashing each time it came up so wondered if they shut things down to correct some problems. Have been playing 5 years, never had ads so do not miss them now.

I also am not able to view videos as I once did. Before, I could watch as many promo videos as I wanted but would only received Madden Cash for the first five. I'd had to wait a certain amount of time - I'm not sure how long because I never timed it - before I could start receiving Madden Cash again.

Now, I sometimes I click on the promo vides and get this  message – ERROR • Unable to load video • Sorry, we were unable to load the selected video.

I attribute this message to EA wanting to syphon more money from its players. I used Madden Cash to purchase Stamina, but if you want to play and can't generate Madden Cash from videos your only choice is to walk away for awhile until Stamina regenerates or buy Madden Cash and pay for Stamina. The last 30 days I've spent $135 on Madden Mobile. Not all of it was for Stamina, but a good share was,

When I contact EA I just get a lot of dancing. They won't say it's a problem. They won't say there's a change in policy. I won't stop playing but I'm damn sure I'm going stop paying for Stamina. I just won't play as much.

This was posted to the wrong topic. It's a Madden Mobile 18 issue, not Sim City or whatever this is.

I received the same canned response.  I've not seen an ad in over a month. 

I changed devices and started a new city and they work just fine.  So, "The availability of videos changes from time to time, depending on how widely companies are marketing their product with our advertisement partners in your location.  I have passed your comments on to the game team, however I am certain that if you give it some time you will see some advertisements as soon as they are available in your location." is total HOGWASH.  My friends that I work with all get them and they're at levels below and above me.  It makes no sense. 

I've written EA Sports twice now and got the same canned BS.  They're checking into it.  It's been over a month and still not a response from their team nor an ad.

Do they want you to start a new city once this happens and loose all of your hardwork?  It hardly seems fair that the President, VP and all of my club members with the exception of 2-3 still get the ads.  I'm at level 35.

hello, I am sad to read this post of 2018 and I'm having the exact same problem since October 2023, and no support from the Help people of the game... 

any updates whatsoever? 

Problem has started up again. There seems to be especially a problem with pixel phones that just installed the new Android 14 update. 

I am not even able to connect to the server with my city.

Too bad. Ik have no movies to watch on one of my devicres.. Also  no daily vidio advertizement with sim dollars. Too bad. I had it last year with another city but it was solved after 2 upgrades. I have a disadvantage with my latest city now. Youcannot donate sim dollars
