No war loot glitch, unplayable because of this

So sad. This has been happening on and off for me. It’ll tell me to collect award, then goes to this screen. The OK button doesn’t not respond and it locks me out from playing the game for days. I WANT TO PLAY SO BAD. I DONT UNDERSTAND WARS

    That has happened to me since the morning.  I have reached out to EA Customer service.  I have heard nothing. Back.  Thanks for posting, now I know it is a bug.
