Now Design Challenge saddness!
Having to upgrade utilities and services in the design challenge is next to impossible and I thought it was the only fun thing left in this game. Very depressing.

Can't even pick up and store a utility to use in the DC either. How terrible that they've so ruined this game.
I’ve spent 5 million coins and I haven’t even got my utilities in Capital City turned on.
You have ruined my cities and bankrupted me! I’m crying
12,815 Power Capacity and 2,900 Power Demand but the Power is OFF! WHY?
They hit my control net, and now I am not generating any omega sims to fix the problem. its going to be months before I can repair at this rate. Unbelieveable!!
