Same here. I've been playing this game for 9 years and have millions of residents and more simoleans than I can possibly spend, but even upgrading every service to maximum leaves me depleted and needing to rearrange all my fire, police and health buildings. Are you kidding me?! Why am I having to do this? You've really killed off any desire I have to continue playing this game. Idiots.
