If you use the bake sale perfectly for a whole week, you can accumulate a total of 30,086 seasonal currency.I used my seasonal currency only to purchase the 2 buildings required for the album for week 1 and week 2, and I have upgraded the Oktoberfest Fun Fair to Level 8. I have used the bake sale frequently. I have the Premium+ Mayors Pass. And I am still 40,000 points short of being able to upgrade the Fun Fair to Level 9 in order to complete the album.I think someone screwed up their math somewhere and either overpriced the levels for the Fun Fair, or didn't provide enough opportunities to accumulate Seasonal Currency. If I wanted to spend even more money, I'd have to spend at least $26 on straight purchases of Seasonal Currency just to complete this week's album.I call this a bug. Please fix.

Yep. It’s crap.Now it’s impossible to get the prize for week 2 and there’s not going to be enough seasonal currency available to purchase whatever it is they put in the album for week 3, let alone continue to upgrade the Oktoberfest thing, so there will literally be no way to get the prize for collecting all the buildings in Mayor’s Pass this month, nor much likelihood of even collecting them all. And is that not what I already paid to do by purchasing the premium pass? And early, I might add. I usually purchase it in week four so I can get the boost on the weekly item because it always takes a ridiculous number of tasks to complete. So in all likelihood I won’t even be able to get all the buildings I have already paid for this month.Calling it a bug is too polite. It’s a scam.

Needed a level 9 fun fair you would think would come at the end of the season but the insane price to upgrade from level 8 to level 9 is just not possible or only possible if you buy almost every possible additional pack it would only be scraping it through to get the coins needed. This surely has to be bug.

Same here. I have bought the Premium Pass, trying to make do the upgrades of the Fun Fair for the City Album and even with the Premium Pass I won't get near the 53.000. And I only bought the buildings to complete the City Album challenges, and that are not the buildings I like the most, but without those City Album rewards I didn't think I could get enough seasonal currency for the buildings I do want. Really a waste of money for the Premium Pass. After 8 years of playing I feel really gutted today. If I don't get the buildings I want I will never spend another dime on the game. I thought that spending the money would make it easier this season and it is just bloody impossible without even spending more. I guess EA doesn't appreciate the players who want to spend a little bit.

That’s exactly where I am at also. Normally you can spend all your seasonal coins to get the buildings you need for the weekly bonus and the bonus will refund some of your investment. I have used the coins to purchase only what was needed in week 1 and 2, only to find that I can’t make enough coins for the final required upgrade to 9th level. Also capping the weekly points for the Mayor’s rewards keeps me from getting the next level where I can get 8000 more coins. This game is definitely going downhill.

Definitely a scam, Extra purchases have never been necessary if you bought the Mayor's Pass. I want my money back.

In order to get the funfair upgraded to lvl 9 u have to pay hard earned money to buy the missing seasonal coins and is a total **bleep** up from the devs who do this game.
No one seems to know how or even what to do to fix these problems that everyone is having.
With the buy out of EA I doubt it will be fixed anytime soon and it’s still in a beta mode so no idea whaats gonna happen…..probably just shut it down and then no one will be able to play!🤣

Totally in agreement,,,proposterous exchange rate 2nd week I can't get required buildings but have 100,000+pretzels why I buy the tokens soon as available,totally fed up

think this new additions to the game are BS. I have 90000 pretzels and I will not have any way to use them all. The worst part is that I can’t get the items in the collection and I can’t get to level 15. I’m in level 12. And in addition to that, I meet the weekly cup, which means I cant move on levels 38-48. I complained to EA and their AI answer was to write comments in the forum to see if other people feel the same way. It’s offensive the way they play with us. Last month it was similar, I had points I couldn’t use in anything worth while. Am I the only person noticing this ?

Don’t give up. Fight for equality for everyone. You should be able to play the game even if you don’t spent money. It might take you longer to achieve your goals but there should always be other ways to achieve your goal. That’s how it was 5-7 years ago.

The one possible fix would be to remove the cooldowns on the pretzel - green currency exchange for week 4. That way they would instantly solve all the issues and save the season, since it's clear by reading the comments that most of us are sitting on too many pretzels and not being able to obtain enough seasonal currency. It will also prevent the mass quitting which will inevitably happen if the players won't compleate the season collection.

Of course, I am not holding my breath and really beliving that this solution will actually be implemented.
