Ive put in a new challenge. It is upgrade old city BUILDING. I upgraded the home I had twice but it’s not working. I thought it was upgrading the old city home you get.
what amI doing wrong here?

Try placing and upgrading the Old Town House in your Capital City or in one of your Regions, instead of in the Design Challenge area, and see if you get credit for the upgrade.
