Our club has come across several cheating clubs in the past, yet our current opponent is absurdly fake!@EA, please act against this cheating club immediately! As we are not allowed to share names on the forum, I will send a complaint via the HelpDesk with more info. Just some statistics:We are two hours into the war and the opponent already has 868,380 war points. Screenshot available.8 of their club members have the exact same name.7 other players in their club do not have a name at all.5 players have the exact same war score (7260); same for another 4 players (6495).All of their members have less than 100k population, yet they all have level 20 Magnetism, level 20 Mellow Bellow and level 20 Shield Buster cards.This club is so obviously fake and cheating. Their attacks are bot-like in their consistency. I am a paying customer of EA, and want this nonsense to stop! It is a shame that clubs like this can exist on your platform. It takes away all pleasure of playing in club wars.

I don't want to disappoint you, but unfortunately, it's pointless to report clubs. EA is doing absolutely nothing. (They haven't even taken action against the hacker who's selling SimCash for dollars via WhatsApp in the game.)

@EA, have you ever tried following your own advise on EA Help, because this is obviously not possible (see screenshot)?!:

Spot on, they don't seem to do much but they still expect us to throw money at the game, it's poor to say the least.

HochnautilusThanks for the reality check. I will not give up though. I’ve seen @EA taking action on other complaints from the forum, so I have hope that this issue is eventually tackled. Our club is used to playing against cheating clubs every now and then. Typically, these are human players, a few strong ones and the rest feeder cities. Sometimes we still beat them!.Yet the opponent we are now facing is totally next level. It seems completely bot-controlled and ALL players have super high level cards. Never seen anything like it. As soon as one of us lifts their shield, they immediately attack and put us back under shield. Their score is now over 1,100,000 war points. This cannot be real! Also, several of their players have the same name )see screenshot).

I don't think too many of them actually play the game to the extent of having to report players, clubs or experience things like this in real time 🤔

Yes not playing wars is an option, however if you like fighting wars but really hate the cheaters etc and the fact that you can send all the evidence under the sun to the powers that be, with very little (if anything getting done about it) It is not only soul destroying but really infuriating. 😡

Another war and another team with cheaters. This team President actually has the audacity to say they report cheaters but have 2 in their team! Not had a war recently without cheats with small cities and level 20 magnetism, mellow bellow, shield busters and more. I have reported them but nothing will be done as usual. It’s about time EA took proactive action against these. Surely it is easy for them to do a scan for those with small cities with level 20 magnetism, shield busters and mellow bellow and move them all to the naughty server!

The president of this club has the audacity to say they report cheaters but this team have 2 with small cities and level 20 magnetism, mellow bellow and shield busters at least, and unlimited war supplies, and unlimited triple boosters. I have wasted my time again and reported them to EA who will do nothing once more. We have not had a war recently without blatant cheaters. I know, stop playing wars but if it is a fair war it can be fun.
Surely it is easy for EA to do regular scan to remove all these cheaters to the naughty server where they can fight amongst themselves. I still don’t know what satisfaction they get out of it.

Well, nothing has changed. We are up against a team that the president has the audacity to say they report cheaters and clearly has 2 in their club. The rest of the team look genuine and would have been a fair war, but no. So far these 2 have 250k each. Both have level 20 magnetism, mellow bellow and shield busters, with a city population of less than 300k. I have reported them but usually a waste of time.
Why can’t EA do a scan and get rid of these cheaters to the naughty server so they can fight amongst themselves and leave the rest of us, probably in the minority now, to have a bit of fun.

Maybe it’s about time everyone started to name the clubs that are cheating. If you do then maybe something might get done.
