my game keeps on crashing. Sometimes I can’t even enter !
and none of my messages have received answers

Same situation. I play it for one year. There are always updates which make the game more complicated. It glitches all the time. Today I performed tasks, but didn’t get points. It makes no sense to make it anymore.
