I don’t know that I can offer a solution, but I can tell you that a lot of other players (myself included) have been experiencing this for a bit. Last season I couldn’t place any of the new buildings without it going black and freezing. I’m going to submit a ticket, but I’m not sure how that will pan out other than add to the count of other players submitting tickets for the same thing. I’ll come back to this thread if I hear anything that’s helpful.

I had the same problem after the last but one update. Since the latest update no problem. But now the Disney ads don’t give a reward
This problem has been going on for months. EA say they cannot replicate the problem, and yet so many people have the problem. It seems to be iOS related but I guess they do not have anyone testing iOS.
