This issue began a few weeks ago. It occurs on both my iPad and my iPhone, both of which are up to date. When viewing for heavy vehicle traffic, I'll scroll around my capital city looking for issues. Every time I do this, the screen pixelates and the game freezes. I've rebooted to no avail. Is there a fix for this?
There have been loads of discussions on this problem. Nothing done. I also reported it through the help but still expect nothing to be done. Not sure if it is just with iOS systems. I too use an iPad and have a number of problems with the game, all reported months ago and still nothing done. About to give up after around 10 years playing. Fortunately for me I have never spent any real money on it so have nothing to lose.
