I disagree entirely. Things are the right price, expansion items are too inexpensive. I make 16k a day by only taxes; if I included my upgrades and sales on the market 25-40k a day is normal. Things are properly priced, have more residences and design your city so you can maximize service coverage areas. Sell items and you will be fine, especially using all of the offers that pop up around the city. The normally go for more then the max retail price. Making you even more money.
