not so much at the start up, they need to scale it for easier start up cuz it is just driving us away with nothing to do but stare and wonder why so many things are broken and unmanageable, I am in my third day and barely make enough to keep the amount of power and water demanded up to the amount of housing being offered which is the only way to make money, economy must be scaled for end game
- Challenger it sounds like you're doing it wrong. Build UP, not out. That is, it's far far cheaper to upgrade your existing buildings than it is to add more residential zones. Don't add residential zones beyond your current power/water/fire/police/etc. capacities unless you've got a ton of cash to expand those services.

The problem is when you upgrade, you gain experience points, which means level up --> New services --> New demands from the citizens --> The need of a lot of money...
Agreed. Perhaps spreading out services farther apart in levels. They unlock too quickly when you're first starting out, and you can't make the money to get what you need. So unlocking the police could come along, say, 5 levels later than it does now. Giving you time to save for a couple of stations.
