Problem in Capital : When To move a building, takes almost 10 seconds, like froz

I've been having the same issue since the anniversary update, which is the one you're talking about, and so has my husband.

but like you pointed out it only happens in the capital, not in any region nor in the design challenge. it's really annoying when you have to move something around to fix a problem. 

This is also a problem I've been having since the December update. Moving, bulldozing buildings causes it to freeze for a minimum of 10 seconds. It also takes that long to close the house menu after either of those actions. This ONLY happens in the capital city. I've tried the uninstall/reinstall, clearing cache, phone on/off. Nothing has worked to solve this issue.

Incredibly frustrating as I want to move stuff around in the capital city but it takes too long to do so. EA please fix this!

Game is on my Samsung phone. Android version  9. 

I had same problem too, if you have iPad I went into settings, scroll down to general go to iPad storage find sim city and offload sim city then reinstall. Fixed it for me. 
don’t know if that will work on your phone tho.

I have done all of the troubleshooting options and I did the offloading option and nothing has changed it. The same thing is happening to me.
