Hello everyone, I have a question for you. I want to play SimCity Buildit on PC, is this possible or is this game only designed for Android? Thank you in advance.

Me too, I tried to play on PC but it refuses
It refusing even with WiFi.You should be able to play on a PC just go to your App Store or google play and find it in there.
Only a pc with touchscreen is nice playable, with a mouse its undoable for me, i tried.
I’ve used a couple of Android emulators to play on a PC, but they a bit clunky. On one, I could not tilt the city to get a bird’s eye view, and one that would let me tilt the view was very laggy. It’s not really much fun.
