@Xtremepleasure -- This is a player-helping-player forum for Sim-City BuildIt -- a free game that doesn't use codes.  I suspect you are looking for a different Sim City product.  Since you are asking about "redeem codes" this will be a question other players cannot assist with, so you will probably want to start here: http://help.ea.com/en/

Select the game (you may need to scroll the list sideways) and follow the prompts from there.

Click the help button.

Your player ID number will show up.
