proof of a cheat

Hmmm, 2 days later and not even a reply.

I would have thought at least EA would be interested but apparently they are happy to take peoples money (from within game purchases) but not to make it a level playing field😠

are you really trying to report a cheat while you are on "naughty island" (cheat server)?

Err, what do you mean "naughty island" (cheat server)?

I just joined this club as they appeared to have a lot of active members.

How do you know/how can you tell  it is a cheat server (whatever that means)?

If you read my original post you would have seen that I said I only just swapped over to this club.

so it was not unusual for you that one of the club member is on 101 level, your global hq is full of vu storage and expansion items? people are being moved there because they cheated (I am not saying the club but server, where club is) and you can not have any interaction with players outside of naughty island. Of course it does not mean that you cheated that could be a mistake why you are there. 

As I said I am new to the game.  I don't see a 'global HQ', I can see my global trade HQ and I can assure you it looks exactly the same as it did before I joined this club. It hardly has any VU items or expansions slots pieces in it. I have to do a lot of searching and opening up other peoples trade HQ to find these items up for sale.

HOW do you tell what server you are on? All I did was ask to join a club and got accepted ( I left one club and then used the game interface to search for clubs and found one that had a lot of members who were active in playing CoM by looking at their plumbob points and so asked to join. We were progressing well with a lot of players getting plumbob points slowly (1500 here 2000 there) and were on the second of the chests when the player with 1,200,000 came along and that is when I questioned what was going on. nothing changed as far as appearance on the interface or when I enter club chat etc. So I don't understand the reference to a different server.

Is there a limit to how high a level you can go? Three other members were in the 80s, so 101 was not that much more.

Yep, you've every right to feel uneasy over this. It certainly appears to be a cheat - which you point out. Pleased you have brought it to the attention of here, because that needs to be addressed if a cheat of that magnitude is occurring. 

To be honest, I've only just posted here over another thing on behalf of our Mayor's club - so don't know the full set up here too well, but it might be worth looking to see if there is a direct link to support to see if they might help resolve this, as it wouldn't be fair to lose out entirely due to someone else. 

On the so called cheat island as it seems is one but is it that it the same server but have been banned from legit players no fault of your own and the only depots can have access to are the ones in the same situation, so therefore one can find enough vu as the other can buy burgers. On Monday after I claimed my CoM prizes then I claimed my clubs prizes. Next thing I was kicked out of the club and then all the items my neighbours were selling had suddenly disappeared. I realised somehow the game must of banned me from joining clubs by hiding them also the same with the items. Yet I can still buy items from the global market and suddenly every bodies selling vu. I only now have excess to say cities of  only a few players I contend that the same cities take up the same slots. I taken note of the repeated city names and I say only I counted 20 cities depots I have excess too and sell the same items over and over again. I contacted ea support about this. I requested a phone call and I told them about this issue. I ask them had I been put on another server, chap on the phone did not know about another sever,  but to make it easy I think not to confuse any one is to call it another server, but I know it to do with hiding legit players depots on all accounts. After I told about the issue and told the specialist on this issue. They going to work on it but the women said first if I delete my game and rein stalle it to see if it fixes the issue and if it does not work I can use another ticket. I did that but the issues remained the same. So I then got another ticket to request a phone call, this time it was a chap. I explain that I what I did and that it did not work and he told the spelielists about it as I was put on hold and came back with the good news that they going to get my game fixed but up to 7 days. So i had to missed doing the contest this week so I be in the neighbourhood league next week so only have 6 weeks to  try getting promoted in each league I be disappointed if I fail on the last one.

today I was surprised to get mail when I log into my game and was gifted 100 simcash but not out of jail yet. Then I seen the email that they are on the case and we'll send me an email when my game is fixed, if they get it fixed before the CoM ends I just might do enough tasks just to get promoted to the Suberban league, as I have my feeder back and be able to sheare vu with my friends freeing up storage space. At the moment am stuck on a none functioning server that has not much help for the CoM, funny enough the ones on the leader board not from the island from the one I left to make it easy I joined one of the clubs 20 in it but none of them is doing the contest. So no need to feel guilty since no one is contributing at all all on 0 points in my club they got the first chest already as they added my feeder until I get excess back in the game.
