PVZ PURCHASE DOES NOZ WORK

Hello EA Lanna 

Hope you read this message

I tried to buy something from the PVZSHOP.  The payment was done but I  don't get the product so I have canceled the payment.

Now I just try to buy again but it does't still work.

It show the flow into my storage but without the message #THANKS FOR YOUR PRURCHASE. YOU CAN NOW  FIND IT IN YOUR STOGAGE#.  But when I look into my storage I cannot found it and in the shop it is also not shown as bought.

Please can you pass this problem to your technicers that they resolve this problem asp.

    Many thanks for your tip.

    I just tried again to buy the object from the pvzshop.

    This time i have got the message: the purchase could not be finished, i must be online .

    But in the shop is is shown as bought and i have finaly found it in my storage.

    Had the same issue but with a different building. I think there is a disconnect between the building you buy and the building the game gives you. Check your inventory for either the building to the left or the right of the one you clicked to buy. It’s buggy and inexcusable.
