Quotas Raised?

Strategy I used up to last update was to refresh my residential upgrades until each requires a maximum of two of one item. Where stock up on each item to a max of 5, unless I am producing. Any surplus bought always at a low rate is sold on the market for max. That how I got to 900k in 3 months of casual play.

Now it seems the refresh isn't so generous any more, takes a few rounds of refresh to avoid the 5x items. With the cureent and broken state of the trade system....it's impossible to strategize all aspects of the game without spending real cash.

Oh right forgot...EA are a bunch of greedy pigs and don't care.
