Railway bugs in sunny isles region

Hiya,

i was redesigning my sunny island in simcity buildit and this railway come out from thin air. I did not place it.

i could not delete it nor placing anything on top of it. It is located on my third island in the sunny isles. And interestingly enough my beach on the third island, although unlocked before, now i could not place anything left of the random railway now. Sigh.
