Have you tried to offload the app then reinstall it. I had same issue in my frosty fjords when I was doing the same. Rail line just appeared
Thanks and I have tried reinstalling it twice. The railroad stays sadly.
Do you have a rail line in your Sunny Isles? If so try moving the station to a different location. Hope this sorts it out for you.
