Got an update overnight from EA on my ticket. Basically they’re still working on it and it’s affected several mayors. Really frustrating after pouring so much time and effort (and some money) in getting my city to where it was. :-(

Me too, said they're working to find the reason this happened. They're still working on it and will get back to me with updates.
