Just a thought. . .
I have many epic buildings generating speed up token parts and have noticed if I don't space out collection, their seems to be a threshold where the parts drop, but don't make you tokens. Occasionally when this happens I get an error message:
"Use your speed up tokens on commercial buildings first."
I do not see a limit posted anywhere, but apparently there is a limit to how many you can hold. I now take care to activate at least one before collecting a batch, but that stinks. We should be able to use them when we need them for wars and mayor challenges.
I wonder if you guys were over the unpublished limit when you bought the card?
