- update the newest version. the bug is fixed. and you get new space in the capital city. that's good!

There was no announcement by EA when the patch was released, as stated by some,
Please update to version 1.59.2.133348
This will fix the error and put your city back to normal.

- @SIMlifestyles Manually downloaded a second update yesterday from Play Store.
If you are using an Apple device, you'll get it today or tomorrow.
I dunno about Pixel or whatever else you may be using though sorry.
