Re: Explaination from the staff

I was super excited when this update came out because I thought/hoped they were restoring the old model where you could get 2-3 keys per RZ destroyed in disaster events. Sadly to my surprise this is not the case. I don't see how or why anyone would bother spending so much gold to upgrade the tower to get let down by the results! The robot event yields a maximum of 3 keys for 5 RZ destroyed! Really?? Why would I bother with upgrading the tower for that!! There are two viable options to fix this agregious error.

1) Make it do that the key ranges are number of keys per RZ! As it should be. This would make the robot event yield 10-15 keys total and thus would entice me to spend the million or so gold required to max the tower.

Or

2) Drastically increase the gold reward for non-key RZs destroyed. To the tune of 15-25k per RZ. This would make it worth my while to fix destroyed buildings...

I agree with everyone here. The new Vu tower is not working. Until it's fixed all my Vu items will be going to global trade as well.

You would think they would have addressed this issue by now. What has it been 3 weeks? Everyone is selling their Vu items and those Vu items you get through bubbles and try to sell are sitting in your trade center until Daniel buys them. What it also has done is decrease the demand for other items because no one is using items to rebuild buildings. I use to sell multiple items in my trade center by advertising just one. Now it takes considerable more time to sell items that were in high demand prior to this upgrade. I've hung in there after some very unpopular upgrades. But this one leaves me wondering what in the heck they were thinking.
