I certainly agree with items you need becoming scarce, but from my experience I have found it’s easy finding items you have sufficient inventory on - I have not seen the situation where the items I sell regularly being readily available - of course that could be because  I try to sell items that others don’t in the effort to turn my depot inventory over quickly, so that’s interesting insight. (unless you’re selling hamburgers, fries and sugar & spice...then the information may be suspect.)
