First thought is:

Do you have 1 or more fully upgraded regular residential buildings?

You can’t epic building types like London, Paris and Tokyo. Is that all you have left is those types?
  • I'm confused. That's where the 137 epic buildings came from...London, Paris and Tokyo   What am I missing? What other buildings can you make epic?

  • As Modern Thinker stated below regular residential buildings - the very 1st type you built. MT was analyzing the situation and that’s the correct first question. Good luck, sounds like you have an impressive city.

  • There are 5 classes of residential zone:

    1) Residential <-- these are the only kind that can be made into epics

    2) Parisian

    3) London Town

    4) OMEGA

    5) Tokyo

If you have zero fully upgraded Residential Zones, this may be why you can't create any more Epic Buildings.

Out of your 400 buildings, if 137 are Epic, are 100% of the rest all Paris/London/Tokyo/Omega?  If yes, then you have zero Residential left.  You'll need to build more plain residential in order to create more epics...

It's been so long since I've built a regular residence I didn't even remember they existed   Although I don't think it makes sense that I should have to shrink my population just to get epic points   regular residence will not sustain as many people as say a Tokyo residence   And I'm totally maxed out for space but I will try it anyway  I'll bulldoze one of my Paris residences and rebuild it with a regular and see if it offers me epic points I'll let you know. Thanks for the info
