EA DOESN'T CARE. End of story. Nothing gets resolved with reporting... just the regular generic replies. "Sorry to hear that mayor. We know this can but frustrating. We will escalate this to the development team where it will sit there until we forget you even complained in the first place. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

    I really like the game, and move on it and get rewards I think it's normal, it is certainly disappointing that this is complicated by the ambition of other players, because in reality it is the fault of the players with their traps, this combined with the laziness of EA  it makes the experience quite unpleasant. I guess the best advice is to forget about these prizes and just play where these hackers allow you to enjoy. The game is nice in its original way as I said, unfortunately customer service has never been the strong point of EA, by mail I denounced this fact and another in a war with level 1 players and level 15 magnetism, I blatantly received a  ''copy and paste'' response twice, which gives you an idea of how much they really "read" the reports. 

    That said, I agree with the previous comment, just enjoy and do not bother much with the reports and hackers around here, at the end of the day it is nothing more than a game.

    Hey there, Mayors. Thanks for your concern for the well-being of the game and CoM.

    If and when you do run across a cheater, please report them to our Terms of Service team. That team receives those reports directly and can investigate issues, taking action as appropriate. Even if you see the same guy again, or who looks like the same guy, please continue to report. While I know you guys would love to hear back on action done against cheaters, it's against our Privacy Policy to disclose on those actions.
