This BUG is JUST for Entertainment and Landmarks.
If i remove the Ferris Wheel same thing happens.
If i remove the University and move it in an ...remote place...i get a drop of the real DEAL...(80.000 drop same number it should be in my case)
So why only this 2 specialization building show as a FAULT number....
Even so ..if its a smaller BOOST ..it should show the REAL population there right?
