Yes, assuming the President is willing they will need to resign from the Mayor’s Club and the highest level VP will be promoted to President, if no VP the highest level SR and if no SR the highest level member will become President. (at least this was what was shared with me when our President passed). I believe the current President can apply for membership to the club (as a member) after a certain time frame, but I’m not sure.
