yeah duh..! i know the principals of the game. got a 100% content sims mostly of the time..

it now looks like that all buildings are fully developed.. but they just dont all look like skyscrapers..
so it could be something for the developerss to make a way to show how far development on the buildings is.. in what stage..
possibly an extra overview like the ground value at the housing options..
