Re: Samsung A71 - Server connection was not successful

  1. Hello. Thanks for your feedback. I checked date and time its all correct. I checked all updates. The  game, google, the phone i've been doing that since the begining. Cleared the cache all data removed game and installed over and over. Already submit technical support requests twice but no good answers so far. I have so many apps this game is the only thing not working !!!!! ☹️

    @zazinha84 that really is strange, I'm sorry you're having the problem. 

    Just wondering, are you connecting from the US, or a different country? Are you using wifi or cell data? If wifi & you can't use cellular data, try rebooting your router. There may be something blocking it at the router firewall. If your other games are working, it's probably not blocking ports.

    Keep replying to the support email & make sure they know you have tried all these options. It might be specific to the phone, but if that's the case it definitely will need to be handled by the devs.

    Hopefully I've missed something obvious, and someone else on this forum can help. In the meantime, I'll ask around & see if I can get any more ideas. Keep us posted

    Hello. Thanks again for replying me. Im using wi fi and cell data. I tried both. I even did a restore to factory settings on the second day after buying the phone. I thought something is wrong. Also found here in this foruns a few people saying the same. Nobody with samsung A71 is able to start the game. How weird is that?

    @zazinha84 - Thanks so much for the additional information. Still trying to find ideas on this. If you get any useful feedback from your tech support, please share. Right now, I see a definite issue with A71 cell phones, and possibly occurring in those from Europe, although that's not as clear. 🤔

    Hello

    Tech support answered me its an identified issue now with samsung A71.

    Also i'll be informed when they have a fix. 

    For now must wait ☹️

  • @zazinha84 hey bro.any reply from tech support? i got same issue...been ages,nothing changed...tried everything ..uninstall.low graphics mode but didnt change anything...let me know if u got any reply.Thanks
