@zazinha84 that really is strange, I'm sorry you're having the problem.
Just wondering, are you connecting from the US, or a different country? Are you using wifi or cell data? If wifi & you can't use cellular data, try rebooting your router. There may be something blocking it at the router firewall. If your other games are working, it's probably not blocking ports.
Keep replying to the support email & make sure they know you have tried all these options. It might be specific to the phone, but if that's the case it definitely will need to be handled by the devs.
Hopefully I've missed something obvious, and someone else on this forum can help. In the meantime, I'll ask around & see if I can get any more ideas. Keep us posted
