In answer to your question it would require 10 - 3K assignments to earn 30k - accomplishing 10 of these within 24 hours would raise some eyebrows but within 3 minutes without some absurd hacking taking place Is impossible. I believe you have encountered a good old fashioned cheater. Report them to technical support through the in game help section and they will “investigate” but don’t expect any real feedback or visible evidence of that anything happened. I reported one a couple of months ago with a similar absurd performance on the 2nd day of CoM and actually shared what took place with daily updates in this forum...even the technical support representative confirmed it was impossible and it would be reviewed by the committee which I have yet to hear anything from (they could direct message me)...so I’m out 1,000 simcash and the blatant cheater walked away without a care...at least that’s the perception I’m left with.
