What I mean by conflicting is to maintain full coverage with parks I needed to place a park where a station is. And the station had to remain where it was to maintain full coverage. So I had to redo placement for all parks to avoid the one conflict. Hopefully this won't happen again.

I vote this thread gets sticky status. I don't have all of the info available to me or the time to fully work out all of the details. But will be glad to fill in the chart and then make it available as a download here on the forum if that is possible.
