    Go into your settings, and navigate to Apps.

    From three, locate Google Play Store, and in the extra options at the top right, choose "Uninstall Updates"  Reboot the device and try again.

    Latest Android update cause a huge corruption in Google Play Store that in turn caused a lot of issues with other apps.

    Google Play Store will update automatically after this, and the problem should not occur.  

    The way I understand it, after Android recently introduced their next flavour (version), the update to Google Play store had problems.  I had a similar issue as yours, and this is how I fixed it.  

  • Has this worked for anyone? I tried the steps you said and nothing changed.

    I don't think any of the suggested steps have worked for anyone unfortunately. We will likely need to wait until the update arrives for the Play Store. I think it will probably release late next week because I doubt the update wouldn't come out before season 19 but that is just my guess. I hope the update will be available soon.

    Been 2 weeks since they told me the same.Still nothing!

  • Yeah, taking way too long to long to resolve an issue that should have never occurred in the first place.
