Well, the whole idea behind the air cargo is to help your abilities to upgrade the specialty buildings. For ship cargo it has always been a key. I think that would be an appropriate place to maybe choose from some expansion items rather than a key. I don't like the air cargo. You don't know what you will get until the plane arrives and the time between Tokyo deliveries is some outrageous time like 15 hours or something. If you do the Mayors contest it is too long and your que is tied up. You know some of the future assignments but preparation is limited as to how far you can get and when you finish the assignment, there's the blind one you have no idea what it will be and can throw a cog in the wheel. I see what you are saying, sorry for getting off subject, yes, perhaps the ability to have some choices would be nice but I often find mine in HQ and keep them in stock. You're other option is to reset the building and often times it will give you a different special item. It takes the architect 30 minutes to draw up new "plans". Also, it's not a bear, it's a cat and the plant is a bonsai tree. So, if you can't get what you need to level up a building you can request a new shipment, takes a considerable amount of time though, search HQ, reset items required to level up, or join a club and try trading with other members. I personally, would never choose anything but an expansion item. Everything else is usually too easy to buy or make.

- How do I get my cargo to go? I had a shipment to Paris filled and waited til 0 and the take flight button never turned green for me to click it. I thought it automatically fulfilled the shipment if you had all the items but when I would go back into my storage the reward wouldn't be there. It's not like Im free all day to be able to be there the second the loading time runs out. The same question for ship cargo too. I'll never complete the ship and air tasks like this.
