REALLY NEED YOUR HELP

Question

I just got one beach expansion open and I want to put something there but I can't. I have my factories, power, water, sewage, and waste management located at the shore near the cargo dock. I just found that I need my residences at the shore. If I move my factories near my residences my happy quota goes down. So how can I move the factories, power, water, sewage, and waste management to another area of my city and keep my people happy? Here is where my factories, power, water, sewage, and waste management are:

You need to isolate those buildings that have a dirty radius to them, i.e. your factories. It appears from your screenshots that you have open space on the rightmost side of your city? Why don't you move your factories over that way? Since the beach opens left to right you can slowly work on relocating or eliminating those constructs that have a dirty radius to them.&nbsp;

Are you trying to place the beach module in the correct expansion space? The beach expansion is separate from the land.
