Does anyone know if it is possible to reset a regional city? I can no longer access Green Valley, when I try the game just crashes. I can still access all my other regional cities ok. This makes it impossible for me to now complete tasks which require resources from Green Valley. Any ideas?
Thanks DG, I've tried reinstalling the game a number of times on different devices with no luck, still can't access Green Valley. I think the problem is in the saved Green Valley file, maybe it's been corrupted. I haven't seen any links which allow me to contact EA directly. Is there any way of contacting EA directly so they can fix? I don't care if they have to delete my Green Valley city all together, I can always rebuild it.
