Restore progress - Simcity Buildit

    If you were using your google account linked to the game, it should of been saved on your account. When you reset your device, did you back up and save your service to your google account, or just reset it? 

    Also, did you play through the tutorial before signing in?

    What do you mean log out of the prior game?

      Getting the same message everything I try to log into Facebook. Stop suggesting to delete app and restart tutorial to relog into Facebook. We've tried this a dozen times and it does not give us the option to pick the city we were playing. Can we get EA to address this?
